摘    要:在加色Petri网模型的基础上,利用GIS对空间信息的分析能力,通过设计建立着色标识及其发射规则,发展了一种新的城市火灾扑救调度决策方法.与前人工作相比,在确定火灾等级和消防力量需求时,能够更充分考虑火场环境信息;通过引入对实时交通流的分析,能同时给出最优调度路径的决策结果.对火灾案例的分析表明,该方法给出的决策方案更为全面合理.

Abstract:The excellent functions of GIS in managing and analyzing spatial data are integrated into the colored Petri nets model. More detailed environmental situations are considered for judging the level of fire alarm and requirement of fire brigades. The traffic of each street during different periods of a day is also taken as an important parameter in best-route analysis. Using Hefei city as a demonstration, various sorts of fire cases have been tested by corresponding simulation experiments. The results indicate that the decision-making methodology is reasonable for the urban fire-fighting dispatching process.
