摘    要:为了研究粉煤灰基地聚物胶凝材料的组成对其性能的影响,对C类粉煤灰分别掺入少量(质量分数小于17%)偏高岭土和矿渣粉后,进行了两种地聚物胶砂试块的力学性能试验研究,并与相同配比、相同制作养护条件下的普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂试块进行了比较.试验结果表明:纯粉煤灰(C类)地聚物胶凝材料强度低于P.O 42.5水泥;当外掺料质量分数大于17%时,粉煤灰基地聚物胶凝材料强度超过同龄期(14 d)的水泥;掺入矿渣粉的粉煤灰基地聚物抗压强度高于掺入等量偏高岭土的粉煤灰基地聚物.

Abstract:In order to study the correlations between the mechanical performances and the components of fly ash-based geopolymer cementitious material, two groups of geopolymer mortar specimens by mixing slag powder and metakaolin separately (mass fraction less than 17%) with Class-C fly ash were tested. Meanwhile, as a comparative group, the cement mortar specimens with the same mix proportion and curing condition were produced as well. The test results indicated that the strength of fly ash geopolymer cementitious material was less than that of P.O 42.5 cement; while the strength of fly ash based geopolymer cementitious material with more than 17% (mass fraction) admixtures exceeded that of P.O 42.5 cement when specimens'' age was over 14 days. Furthermore, the compressive strength of fly ash based geopolymer mixing with slag powder was higher than that of geopolymer mixing with metakaolin of equal quantity.
