植物根际促生菌作用机制及在辣椒栽培中的应用

摘    要:植物根际促生菌(PGPR)是一类可以显著提高植物生理指标和防治植物病害的天然土壤细菌.PGPR可通过固氮、溶磷、分泌铁载体、产生植物激素、分泌抗菌物质和诱导系统抗性等,来发挥直接作用机理和间接作用机理.PGPR菌剂在很大程度上可以替代有机肥的使用,在辣椒栽培中施用PGPR可显著提高辣椒植株体内的氮、磷、钾含量,从而提高辣椒植株的株高、根长、干重和鲜重.利用PGPR菌剂对辣椒进行灌根处理可有效防治辣椒病害和提高辣椒产量.该文论述了植物根际促生菌的作用机制及其在辣椒田间栽培中的应用,并探讨了PGPR作为生物菌剂防治植物病害的应用潜能,可为生态农业的发展提供新思路.

Abstract:Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a kind of natural soil bacterias that can significantly improve plant physiological indexes and control plant diseases. PGPR can play a direct or indirect mechanism of actions through nitrogen fixation, phosphorus dissolution, siderophores secretion, plant hormone production, antibacterial substances secretion and inducing systemic resistance. PGPR can replace organic fertilizers to a large extent, and PGPR can significantly increase the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) plants during pepper cultivation, thereby increasing the plant height, root length, dry weight and fresh weight of the plants. Pepper treated by root irrigation with PGPR can effectively decrease its diseases and increase its yield. This paper discussed the mechanism of PGPRand its application in pepper field cultivation, and the application potential of PGPR was also discussed, which can provid new ideas for the development of ecological agriculture.
