| 摘 要： | 从八肋游仆虫小核中克隆筛选到7种E orab1基因,它们的同源性为94.5%~98.6%.将这7种小核E-orab1的M DSs(m acronuclear destined sequences)在NCB I网站进行BLA ST比对,发现7种小核E orab1的M DSs的四种M DSs序列有相对应的大核E orab1家族基因,据此4种小核E orab1依次命名为m iE orab1b,m iE orab1 ik,m iE orab1n,m iE orab1c.研究表明,大核中R ab1家族基因的多态性部分或全部来源于小核R ab1家族基因.

| Abstract: | 7 miEorab1 genes were obtained by PCR method from micronuclear DNA of Euplofes. octocarinatus. The analysis of homology shows that the sequences share 94.5 %- 98.6% identities. The result of BLAST in NCBI demonstrated that 4 MDSs from the 7 miEorab 1 genes shared a homology of 99 % with a corresponding macronuclear Eorab1. Accordingly, the 4 miEorab1 genes were named as miEorab lb, miEorab1k, miEorab1h and miEorablc. The results showed that the polymorphism of maronuclei Eorabl gene family derived from that of micronuclei Eorab1 gene family. |
