| 摘 要： | 将计算机网络技术和ＩＣ（ＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＣｉｒｃｕｉｔ）卡技术融为一体，给出了一种对某地区妇幼保健工作进行计算机网络管理的设计方案，并阐述了网络系统、数据采集系统和网络应用软件系统的设计原则和设计方法，同时，对系统特点进行了分析。
