| Abstract: | Libraries in higher vocational institutes, as the main places to carry out quality - oriented education, are the important component parts in universities. This paper discusses the favorite factors, the realizing ways, the acceptable measures and the important roles of the libraries in higher vocational institutes. It also explores how to take full advantage of the libraries to improve the students＇ quality - oriented education. |
