钱仲联论清诗(八)九六叟钱仲联题

国学大师钱仲联先生于国学无所不窥，从先秦至清末，淹博通达，其洋洋乎著述可证，而于清诗用力最勤，成就最著，宏论卓识，络绎揭表于几十年来自成系列的文章著作之中。钱先生授徒以清诗，并非一般性叙述，虽以作家为经，却颇注重学术问题的探讨，总是拈出一些学术要点，加以申说，有关清诗的一些主要学术问题，大略都触及到了，对他人的一些学术观点，时有纠驳辩说，这些都不是其他学术著作能包括的，以对清诗的熟稔宏通，钱先生讲述家数或问题，总是自然地在清诗乃至古典诗学的全局当中展开，连类旁征，纵横博论，绝不局限于一人一事的，此又非一般史著所能为。钱先生变注重对作品的举引评说，以其学问识力兼诗人的感悟经验，所举权威性地划出诸家成就之所在，当为治清诗者首重，而评点即使片言只语，亦是方家之见，弥足珍贵，要之，一代宗师对一代诗学的系统讲论，本身所具有的学术价值和文史意义，识者自会。

Qian Zhonglian's Viewpoint on Qing Poems

Mr. Qian Zhonglian, great master of ancient Chinese civilization, achieved a lot in Qing poems. When talked about these poems, not narrated in vague generalization, he made outline of writers and always paid much attention to approach researching questions and explained essentials in details. Be conversant with Qing poems, Mr. Qian developed his standpoints with the situation of Qing poems and even classical literature as a whole in mind, definitely not confined to simplistic historical materials. Furthermore, Mr. Qian Zhonglian laid stress on giving examples, quoting and commenting on historical facts when relating Qing poems. With great learning and rich experiences, he pointed out accomplishments of various schools authoritatively as an eminent authority in Qing poems'field. Though his comments are just a phrase or two, they are precious with high value.
