基于应力场的植物根系模拟及工程应用

摘    要:通过研究植物根系形态形成机理,以等应力原则为基础,对植物根系的形态形成过程进行了计算机模拟,并提出了一种新的结构拓扑优化设计方法.研究结果表明,土壤和植物根系之间的剪切应力是控制植物根系形态形成的主要力学因素,而基于植物根系形态形成原理的结构拓扑优化设计方法,可应用于薄壁板壳结构的加强筋分布设计,快速得到加强筋分布的近似最佳拓扑形态,以作为进一步详细设计的初始模型.

Abstract:The generation process of the morphology of root system in plants was simulated on the basis of studying the growth mechanism of natural root system.The axiom of uniform stress was used to control the growth process of root system.According to the generation mechanism of root system,a new design methodology of structural topology optimization was suggested.The results show that the shear stress between the soil and roots is the primary mechanical factor to control the morphology of root system.The structural topology optimization design method mentioned above can be applied to the layout design of stiffeners on thin-wall plate and shell structures.By use of the method,the approxi- mate optimum topology model of the structure can be established quickly and be used to the succeeding detail design in structural design process.
