洋葱无土栽培硒富集试验研究

摘    要:利用设施无土栽培,以亚硒酸钠作为外源硒,研究不同亚硒酸钠浓度对五个品种洋葱鳞茎的产量、总硒含量、无机硒含量以及有机硒含量的影响.结果表明,当亚硒酸钠的浓度为50 mg/kg时,品种奥林匹克的鳞茎有机硒含量最高,为2.08 mg/kg,产量为2241.7 g/m2,产量和有机硒含量的交互效应与其它品种的各处理存在极显著差异.另外,随着亚硒酸钠溶液浓度的升高,洋葱鳞茎的有机硒含量随之降低.

Abstract:In order to understand the effect of different concentrations of Sodium Selenite on the yield,total Se,inorganic Se and organic Se of five onion varieties,the experiment was carried out through soilless cultivation facilities with sodium selenite as exogenous selenium.It was found that when the sodium selenite concentration was 50mg/kg,the ’Olympic’onion had the highest ability to absorb the organic Se with the content of 2.08 mg/kg and the yield of 2241.7 g/m2.There was a very significant difference between the interaction effect of the yield and the content of organic selenium and the treatment of other varieties.Besides,with the rise of the concentration of Sodium Selenite,the total content of the organic Se in onions decreased steadily.
