摘    要:介绍从甜叶菊中提取制备高纯度甜菊糖苷STV和RA的工艺.首先用水提取甜菊糖苷,然后采用硫酸亚铁絮凝、HPD-X大孔吸附树脂吸附、D001和D201离子交换树脂串联脱盐和脱色,再用甲醇进行重结晶纯化,可以制备总纯度达98%的甜菊糖苷STV和RA样品.

Abstract:In this paper,the preparation process of Stevioside and Rebaudioside A sample of high-purity extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni.has been introduced.Stevioside and Rebaudioside A has been extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni.with water first,and then separated by the process of flocculation using Ferrous sulfate,adsorption using HPD-X macroporous resin,desalination and decolorization using series of D001 and D201 ion exchange resin,and recrystallization using methanol,and then the total purity of the sample of Stevioside and Rebaudioside A can reach 98%.
