合金在湿法磷酸介质中的电化学阻抗谱研究

摘    要:采用电化学阻抗谱研究UB6合金和J—1合金在湿法磷酸料浆介质中的冲刷腐蚀行为.测定了不同温度,不同转速,不同Cl-和F-浓度,不同电位下的阻抗谱.钝化区的阻抗谱呈单一的容抗弧。增加电极的旋转速度和对试件进行高速喷射只降低极化电阻的数值,而不改变阻抗图谱的性质.说明冲刷作用并未改变电极的腐蚀历程和溶解机制.增加[Cl-]和[F-]均降低界面电容和极化电阻,但[Cl-]对电容的影响大,而[F-]对极化电阻的影响大.说明[Cl-]的吸附作用大于[F-],而对钝化膜的溶解破坏作用又比[F-]小.

Abstract:The present paper studies erosion corrosion of UB6 alloy and J-1 alloy in wet phosphoric acid (WPA) slurry by using Electrochemical Impedance Spectrograph (EIS)measurement. A single capaciatant semicircle is observed in passive region. Increasing rotating relocity does not change the characteristics of EIS, except changing the value of polarization resistance. The addition of Cl-] and F-] decreases bath polarization resistance and capacitance. however, the effect of F-] on Rp is greater than that of Cl-], while the effect of Cl-] on Cp is greater than that of F-]. It is indicated that Cl-] has stronger adsorption, while F-] has stronger dissolution of passive film.
