| 摘 要： | 近年来,传统工业区向创意产业园的改造日渐成为我国城市更新领域的一个热点问题.在调查与分析国内外相关理论研究和实践经验的基础上,系统梳理了这一建筑改造热潮的演化进程,并详细剖析了其蕴涵的巨大经济与社会价值.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the transition from traditional industrial districts to creative industrial parks has become the focus in the field of urban renewal. Based on the investigating and analyzing the theoretical research and practical experience concerned in domestic and foreign areas,this paper systematically summarizes the evolutional progress of this great upsurge in architectural transition.It also gives a detailed analysis of the great economic and social value contained in it. |
