| 摘 要： | 采用《青少年生活事件量表》和《应对方式问卷》对357名高中生的负性生活事件和应对方式进行问卷调查。结果显示：高中生的生活事件主要来源于学习压力和受惩罚，大多数高中生能采取积极的方式应对，但仍不是很成熟，加强应付方式的指导至关重要。

| Abstract: | The questionnaires of ASLEC and SCR were adopted to investigate 357 students, and the inventory items included negative life events and coping styles. Results show that he negative life events which stressed the senior high school students most fiercely came from the pressure of study and punishment, that most students could adopt active method to cope with them but they were immature and that it is extremely important to strengthen instruction on the coping method. |
