三维电极氧化降解焦化废水的实验研究

摘    要:以表面处理的不锈钢为阳极,压缩膨胀石墨板为阴极,内置适量铁屑与膨胀石墨为导体填料组成的三维电极对焦化废水进行处理。通过正交实验初步确定了对三维电极体系的影响程度从大到小依次是反应时间、电极电压、双氧水的投加量和膨胀石墨使用量。并且通过进一步对单因素的实验分析可以看出,除了以上四个影响因素外,溶液初始pH条件对体系的影响也较大。在单因素实验中可以看出该体系最适宜的运行条件为:pH为5.0、电极电压为10V、膨胀石墨使用量为3g、H2O2投加量为3mL,经过60分钟的反应体系对焦化废水能有效地降解,去除效率达到了80%以上。
