| 摘 要： | 我们采用正交实验设计法确定制氧机调节阀的最佳阀位,最佳的标准是极大限度地提高氧气提取率.本文介绍了在一台6000m~3/h制氧机上进行实验的实际做法.实验分析和实际使用结果表明,按照所确定的最佳阀位进行调节,氧气提取率的提高是相当显著的.

| Abstract: | Steady state optimizing adjustment of two valves of the aero-distillation column based on the maximum extraction rate of oxygen from air is derived by mothod of orthogonal experiment designs.This paper introduces practical methods of the experiment on an aero-disstillation column (6000 m~3/h).The results of the experimental analysis and actual effects show that the rate mentioned above is raised notably as we regulate according to the optimizing adjustment. |
