苯并异噻唑啉酮甲酸酯类衍生物的海洋防污性能研究

摘    要:研究了6个苯并异噻唑啉酮类衍生物对藤壶二期无节幼虫的急性毒性效应,实验结果表明:该类化合物对藤壶幼虫均有良好的毒性作用,其毒杀效果随化合物质量浓度的增加以及作用时间的延长而提高;取代基中碳原子数目的增加,有利于毒性作用增强;各化合物半致死质量浓度在0.5~3 mg·L-1左右.浅海挂板实验表明:化合物添加量为w=0.1%时,其90天的防污效果基本可以达到要求.

Abstract:The acute toxicity effects of six Benzo-isothiazolone derivatives on the barnacle nauplii were investigated. The results indicated that the Benzo-isothiazolone derivatives on barnacle larvae had prominent toxic effect,which increased with the rise of the compound concentration and the extension of the reaction time; the increasing of the number of carbon atoms in the substituent was advantageous to enhance the toxic effect; the half lethal concentration of the compounds was about 0. 5 to 3 mg /L. The shallow sea experiments showed that when the adding amount of the compounds was 0. 1%,the antifouling effect of 90 days could basically meet with the requirements.
