摘    要:为了解决船用柴油机机身孔系镗削工序的质量管控问题,同时考虑到小批量制造模式的特点,本文研究成组技术的理论方法将其运用在判定机身孔系镗削工序的相似性方面,通过应用相对公差法将成组工序的孔系质量特性数据进行标准化处理,对标准化数据进行检验,绘制适合机身生产的质量控制图,实现SPC对柴油机机身的生产过程质量管控,并将提出的方法应用在某型号船用柴油机机身的加工过程,验证了此方法的可行性。

Abstract:The aim is to solve the quality control problem of the boring process of the fuselage of marine diesel engine, and consider the characteristics of the small batch manufacturing mode. In this paper, the theoretical method of group technology was studied, which was applied to determine the similarity of the boring process of the fuselage. In addition, the quality characteristic data of the group process was standardized by applying the relative tolerance method, and the standardized data was checked. In conclusion, the quality control chart which is suitable for fuselage production is drawn to realize SPC quality control of diesel engine fuselage production process, and the proposed method is applied to the machining process of a certain type of marine diesel engine fuselage to verify the feasibility of this method.
