摘    要:本文依据中石油西气东输二线(甘肃-陕西段)天然气电驱集气站的工程应用背景,以较为复杂的U型电驱集气站为例,通过利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立其三种(分离式、整体式、耦合方法)钢框架结构的三维空间有限元模型,完成其整体结构的动力学特性分析。主要分为抗风、抗震两大研究内容,以抗震为主,对多种抗震分析方法进行对比,最终进行综合评定。得出结论:整体式建模分析结果优于分离式,且耦合模型与整体式模型结果相似,所以工程中部件之间的加固措施显得尤为必要;抗震分析中谱分析更为实用,该套动力性能分析方法可在此类工程分析中推广。

Abstract:Based on the engineering application background of CNPC West-East Gas Transmission Line (Gansu-Shaanxi Section) natural gas electric drive gas gathering station, this paper takes the complicated U-type electric drive gas gathering station as an example, establishes three-dimensional space finite element models of its three kinds of steel frame structures (separate, integral and coupling methods) by using the finite element software ANSYS, and completes the dynamic characteristics analysis of its overall structure. It is mainly divided into two parts: wind resistance and earthquake resistance. It mainly focuses on earthquake resistance, compares various seismic analysis methods, and finally carries out comprehensive evaluation. It is concluded that the results of integral model analysis are better than those of separate model, and the results of coupled model are similar to those of integral model. Therefore, strengthening measures between components in engineering are particularly necessary. Spectral analysis in seismic analysis is more practical, and this set of dynamic performance analysis methods can be popularized in such engineering analysis.
