并联型接触器触头电流分布特性的研究

摘    要:并联型接触器由于各支路电流分配不均匀现象导致其扩容系数与并联支路数不匹配,为研究触头电流的分布特性,本文通过对单相和三相并联型接触器触头回路的等效电路分析,考虑各相接触器之间的电磁影响,基于电磁感应定律推导各支路电流分布规律模型,确定了各支路电流的大小关系;利用Maxwell软件建立并联型接触器触头模型,与Simplorer软件进行联合仿真获取接触器并联运行时各支路触头电流曲线,仿真结果与电路分析保持一致,验证了电流分布规律模型的准确性,进而根据仿真结果推导出扩容系数;后续探讨了影响触头电流分布特性的相关因素,为设计并联型大容量接触器奠定理论基础。

Abstract:The expansion coefficient of the parallel contactor does not match the number of parallel branches due to the non-uniform current distribution of each branch. In order to study the distribution characteristics of the contact current, this paper analyzes the equivalent circuit of the contact circuit of the three-phase and single-phase parallel contactor, and considering the electromagnetic influence between the contactors of each phase and based on the law of electromagnetic induction, the current distribution model of each branch is deduced, and the magnitude relationship of each branch current is determined. Use Maxwell software to establish a parallel contactor contact model, and conduct a joint simulation with Simplorer software to obtain the current curve of each branch contact during parallel operation of the contactor. The simulation results are basically consistent with the circuit analysis, the accuracy of the current distribution model is verified and the expansion coefficient is derived from the simulation results; Subsequently, the related factors that affect the current distribution characteristics of the contacts were discussed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of parallel large-capacity contactors.
