摘    要:为解决大规模远距离海上风力发电技术的汇集送出时成本过高等经济性的问题,本文通过对海上风电场汇集系统的组成和特征以及汇集系统的经济性组成因素进行分析,以投资成本最低为目标,建立汇集系统经济性数学模型。在此模型基础上,提出了一种经济性优化组合算法。对风机排布采用放射型模糊聚类算法RFCM(Radial Fuzzy C-Means),进行模糊聚类分片,并将聚类片区得出的风电机群的海底电缆分布路径采用Prim最小生成树算法进行优化找出电缆连接最小路径,得出最经济性的分布拓扑。结果表明,此组合算法解决了穷举法优化拓扑结构的维数灾问题,为简洁快速的解决大型海上风电场汇集系统经济性优化问题提供了支撑。最后对山东半岛北风电场实例进行该组合优化算法的算例分析,证明该组合优化算法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the collection and delivery of large-scale and long-distance offshore wind power generation technology has too high cost and economy, the composition and characteristics of the collection system of offshore wind farm and the economic composition factors of the collection system are analyzed, and the economic mathematical model of the collection system with the goal of lowest investment cost is established in this paper. On the basis of this model, an economic optimal combination algorithm is proposed. For fan layout, RFCM (Radial Fuzzy c-means) is adopted to carry out Fuzzy clustering sharding, and the submarine cable distribution path of the wind turbine cluster obtained in the clustering area is optimized by Prim algorithm to find the minimum path of cable connection, and the most economical distribution topology is obtained. The results show that the exhaustive method to optimize the topological structure of the dimension disaster problem can be solved by this combination algorithm solves, and the problem of the economical optimization of large offshore wind farm gathering system is provided with support. Finally, an example of ShangDong peninsula north wind farm is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
