树立精品意识,实现学术质量上的“专升本“——专升本院校提高学报办刊质量的思考

专升本的院校要实现学术质量上的“专升本”,应办好作为学术与科研水平窗口的学报,提高其办刊质量。具体来说,应实行“精品战略”,强化学术意识,树立编辑学者化的新观念;应准确定位,实施“特色战略”,实现综合性和专业性的有机统一;还应树立“开放办刊”的观念,实施“开放战略”。

Strenghtening the Consciousness of High Quality and Achieving the Upgrade of Acadamic Standard--How to Improve the Journal's Quality of the Newly Upgrade College

To achieve the upgrade of the academic standard, the newly upgrade colleges must properly run their learned journals, which are considered as windows of scholarism and scientific research level, and improve the management standard of the learned journals. That is to say, the newly upgrade colleges should not only carry out "the high-quality strategy" , but strengthen the academic consciousness and establish the fresh concept of scholarlizing the editors as well. At the same time, they should accurately orient themselves, implement "the characteristic strategy" , and achieve the organic integration of comprehensiveness and specialization. Besides, they should carry out "the open-to-the-outside-world strategy" ,and open their learned journals to the outside universities, not merely issuing papers of their own staffs.
