农药增效剂胡椒基丁醚的合成研究

本文报道了合成胡椒基丁醚的改进方法．将氯甲基二氢黄樟素与丁基卡必醇混合，在碱金属氢氧化钠作用下直接醚化．考察了溶剂、碱液浓度、配料比、反应时间、反应温度对反应的影响．

STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF PIPERONYL BUTDXIDE

piperenyl butoxide was synthesied by mixing chloromethyl derivative of dihydrosafrol and butyl Carbitol directly, in the presence of sodium hydroxide. The influence of solvent,amount of sodium hydroside, and reaction time on the reaction was studied. The results Showed:higher temperature and higher concentrated sodium hydroxide solution could speed the reaction;and buty Carbitol,as a kind of reacting substance in the reaction,could function as phase transfer catalysis.The optimal reacton technology was:chloromethyl compound I mole, butyl Carbitol 2 mole,40% concentrated sodium hydroxide 2 mole, toluene 250 ml, for a period of about 6 hours at the reversed flow temperature.
