制备高氯酸钾节能新工艺的研究

摘    要:采用固体氯酸钾复分解法代替传统的氯化钾复分解法制备高氯酸钾,加适量添加液洗涤高氨酸钾晶体,解决了成品中氯酸根超标的难关,产品质量符合ZBG12005-87标准一级品要求;整个制备过程不排放母液和洗水,不浓缩,实现了水平衡,较大幅度节约了能源.

Abstract:Patassium Perchlorate is prepared by metathesis using solid of patassium chlorate replaced patassium choride.We solve difficulty of over-standared of chlorate in product. Quality of product reachs ZBG12005-87 standard of first-rate product.Mother-liquid and wash water isn't drained off or concentrated in all preparative process.It realizes equilibrium of water and economizes energy resource.
