踝关节骨折的34例手术治疗

目的通过对34例踝关节骨折冶疗,总结踝关节骨折治疗经验。方法内外踝骨折解剖复位后分别以螺丝钉或者克氏针加张力带钢丝或者用钢板固定,后踝骨折及伴有胫腓关节分离者以螺丝钉固定,手术的重点放在外踝的冶疗上。结果手术治疗后,经6到l8个月的随访,踝关节功能同健侧相比基本一致者18例;踝关节功能基本正常,走远路或上台阶后有轻度胀痛者11例;稍走远路或上台阶后出现踝部肿胀、疼痛、关节活动受限4例;踝关节肿胀明显,不能负重者1例。结论踝关节骨折治疗后的解剖复位是踝关节功能恢复的重要前提,手术复位内固定是实现解剖复位的主要手段。

The Surgical Operation of 34 Ankle Fracture Cases

Objective To analyze the operative methods and technique features of internal fixation for the ankle fracture. Methods The data of 34 cases of ankle fracture were analyzed retrospectively. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 18 months. The curative effects were better in 18 cases, good in 11 cases, fair in 4 cases and poor in 1 case. Conclusion The operation of ankle fracture should follow the physiological characteristics. Restoration of dissection is important condition and internal fixation is the leading method.
