| 摘 要： | 本文用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、苯甲酸雌二醇等外源激素,对母貂性器官发育的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:休情母貂分别用 HCG、苯甲酸雌二醇、己烯雌酚处理,数天后外阴鉴别全部进入发情阶段。其中唯有 HCG 既可促进生殖道发育、又可促进卵巢发育。该项研究结果为实用提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The applications of HCG,bengolestradiol,diethylstilbestrol in raising minks were studied in our laboratory.Experimental results demonstrated that the female minks exception oestrous treated with above exogenous hor- mones were found to beallin oestrus in view of external identifications af- ter seraval days.Especially HCG not only can promote development of reproductive organ of the female minks but also enhance the development of their ovary,which has a great significance in the reproduction of minks. |
