高校教师参与课程管理的问题与对策

摘    要:高校教师作为高校课程的实施者,理应成为高校课程管理的广泛参与者和核心决策者,然而,当下高校教师参与课程管理存在诸多问题。本文就这些问题有针对性地进行归因分析,尝试性地提出高校教师参与课程管理的策略,以为高校教师参与课程管理提供一些建议。

Abstract:As curriculum implementers,university teachers ought to be policy makers at the core while participating in curriculum management,in which,however,many a problem is present.To counter such problems and reasons,this paper tries to raise some strategies as suggestions on how the teachers participate in curriculum management.
