| 摘 要： | 高校教师作为高校课程的实施者，理应成为高校课程管理的广泛参与者和核心决策者，然而，当下高校教师参与课程管理存在诸多问题。本文就这些问题有针对性地进行归因分析，尝试性地提出高校教师参与课程管理的策略，以为高校教师参与课程管理提供一些建议。
