海洋能利用工程的研究进展与关键科技问题

摘    要:针对海洋能利用工程这一港口、海岸及近海工程学科的前沿研究热点领域,从能源资源调查与评估、能源转换技术与示范工程等方面评述了海洋能利用工程的研究进展,指出新型结构形式、结构与基础的安全稳定、海域水沙环境影响、转换效率与并网技术等关键科技问题是大规模利用海洋能的研究重点与难点,急需开展系统深入的学术研究和工程实践。

Abstract:Marine energy utilization engineering is one of main issues in the field of harbor, coastal, and offshore engineering. This paper reviews recent advances in investigation and evaluation of energy resources, energy conversion technology, and demonstration projects. Key scientific and technical problems for innovative structures, the safety and stability of structures and foundations, the impact on sea water and sediment environment, the conversion rate, and the grid connection technique, which need to be further studied and practiced, were study emphases as they remain difficulties in large-scale utilization of marine energy.
