| 摘 要： | 为支撑国家西部大开发战略实施和西部省市区经济社会发展,中国科学院自2000年起陆续实施了"西部行动计划"等西部科技计划,十余年来取得了丰硕成果。本文对中科院实施西部科技计划的重要科技贡献和成效进行了简要总结,并对推进下一步工作提出了初步建议。

| Abstract: | In order to support the Western China Development Strategy as well as promote the social and economic development in provinces, cities, and districts of West China, Chinese Academy of Sciences have launched a package of the science and technology plans, such as "The West China Action Plan", started from year 2000. After more than 10 years, these plans achieved abundant accomplishments. In this article, we summarize key contributions and major effectiveness of the science and technology plans in west China implemented by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provide comments and options for further promotion. |
