| 摘 要： | 在新型城镇化背景下,本文通过分析农业转移人口市民化现状发现,农业转移人口工资水平、工作条件和社会保障水平等就业方面的市民化水平较低。推进市民化进程面临成本、能力和城市融入方面的障碍,因此应该加快推进就地市民化进程,提高农业转移人口教育和职业培训投入,稳步推进基本公共服务全覆盖进程,建立健全农业转移人口市民化机制。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the new urbanization, this paper analyzes the current situation of the agricultural transfer'' in China and we found that the socialization degree of agricultural transfer is low in such respects as wage level, working conditions and the level of social security. And advancing the process of agricultural transfer'' socialization faces barriers of socialization cost and capabilities as well as merging into cities. So we should accelerate the process of local socialization, increase the investment to agricultural transfer'' education and vocational training, get the basic public services complete coverage gradually, and improve the mechanism of agricultural transfer'' socialization. |
