PPP模式在科研院所和高校成果转化中的应用研究

成果转化具有长期性、不确定性和高风险性等特点,转化者需要承担技术成熟度、市场变化和资金回报等方面的风险。科研院所和高校往往没有独自承担成果转化风险的能力。本文提出了PPP在科研院所和高校成果转化中应用的3种典型模式,为科研院所和高校的成果转化提供了一个新的思路。

Study on PPP Pattern Applications in the Achievement Transformation of Research Institutes and Universities

S&T achievement transformation had long-term, uncertainty and high risk characteristics, technology transfer''s need to take the risk of technology maturity, market changes and other aspects of financial returns. Research institutes and universities often did not have the capacity to bear the transformation risk alone. This article put forward three typical patterns of PPP pattern applications in the transformation of research institutes and universities, provided a new way of thinking for the transformation of research institutes and universities.
