摘    要:本文提供了一种新的催化动力学分光光度法,用于测定矿样中的痕量锰,勿需任何预先分离。该法是基于在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中(pH4.78)锰催化高碘酸钾氧化结晶紫,用氨三乙酸作活化剂。40℃时方法的灵每度为1.35×10~(-11)gMn/ml,其测定范围为31.73-190.37ngMn/26.2ml。

Abstract:In this anticle a new catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of trace amounts of manganese in ores without any preliminary separation.The method is based on the manganese-catalysed oxidation of crystal violet by potassium periodate with the use of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH4.78) .The sensibility is 1.35 ×10-11gMn / ml and the determination range is 31.73-190.37ngMn / 26.2ml at 40℃ for the method.
