Study on the Present Situation of Anti-dumping Cases in India

As the developing countries in Asia,India is the most active user of anti-dumping system while China is the most major anti-dumping targets of India.Understanding and studying the anti-dumping system and the basic present situation of anti-dumping cases in India is helpful to improve the capability of responding to prosecutions of respondents in China,and strengthen the guidance level of administrative departments for anti-dumping authorities of China.
