| Abstract: | Haian County boasts of a unique geographical position,thus the quality and quantity of its water resources played a key role in the construction of the East Line(Phase I) of the South-To-North Water Diversion Project.This article discussed the current situation and problems in the development and utilization of water resources,and then proposed solutions for making rational exploitation of water resources. |
