摘    要:食品机械与设备是食品科学与工程专业一门重要的专业主干课。这门课程涉及内容多,实践性强。本文结合食品机械与设备这门课程的实际教学情况,融入创新教育理念,以培养学生的实践能力和创新能力为依据,构建了创新型的实践教学体系,改进了教学方法。

Abstract:Food machinery and equipment is an important major course of food science and engineering,which embraces many aspects and has powerful practice.Based on the actual condition of teaching and creation education theory,this paper established the innovative teaching system to reform the traditional teaching method for training the practical ability and innovative ability of students.
