| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种依据卷径参数改变实现的卷取机恒线速控制方法，并已应用在ＰＶＣ硬片塑料生产线的卷取机主传动控制上，获得了十分满意的效果。较之常规的单一张力反馈调节系统，其恒线速度指标有明显的提高，因此该技术方法具有很好的实用价值

| Abstract: | In this paper,one control method is presented in tie-roller constant line-speed realised by changing roll radial parameter.This method has been used in the tie-roller's main drive control of PVC hard disc production line.A satisfied effect is gained.Compared with the normal sigal tension feedback adjusting system,its index of constant line-speed has been distinctly developed.Therefore,this technical method has gained magnificant practical value. |
