灰色关联分析在大豆育种试验中的应用

摘    要:采用灰色关联分析的原理与方法,分析了15个大豆品种的主要性状对产量的影响程度,并对2004年黄淮海中片国家大豆品种区试结果进行了评判。结果表明,与大豆产量关联度大小的顺序是:荚粒数>单株粒重>主茎节数>单株粒数>株高>有效分支>百粒重>生育期>单株荚数。用灰色关联分析对大豆品种优劣的排序与产量方差分析结果相关性极显著,可以用灰色关联分析和方差分析结合起来对品种进行评判。

Abstract:Effects of the major agronomic properties of 15 soybean cultivars on their yields were studied by using the method of grey related analysis. The 2004 test results of the national soybean district in the middle of the Huang-Huai-Hai area were evaluated as well. The study showed pod numbers had the greatest correlation with the soybean yield. Then in turn came the plant seed weight, main stem nodes, plant seeds numbers, plant height, effective branches, per hundred seeds weight, growth period and plant pod numbers. Distinct positive correlation existed between the methods of grey related analysis in screening soybean cultivar and variance analysis of the yield. This suggests that the two methods should be combined in the appraisal of a soybean cultivar.
