六盘水地区制约经济发展的生态环境问题分析

要六盘水地区位于贵州省的西部，是我国西南地区重要的能源原材料基地．同时它又位于我国西南岩溶区的中心，属于我国岩溶脆弱环境分布区，在日益频繁的人类活动影响下，生态环境的脆弱性加强，生态环境问题也日益突出，严重影响并制约了本市经流的发展．本文分析了六盘水地区存在的主要生态环境问题及其产生的根源，并提出了相应的对策，指出充分认识岩溶生态环境的脆弱性，合理规范人类活动，重建良性的岩溶生态环境是实现本市人口、资源、环境可持续发展的关键．

The Eco-environmental Problems affecting economic development in Liupanshui City

Liupanshui City lies in the center of the karst areas of Southwest China,west of Guizhou province. It is the important base of energy and raw materials in Southwest China. At the same time,its karst environmental is vulnerable and sensitive to the human activities. Under unreasonable human activities, the eco-environment problems become more and more serious and affect economic development. The eco-environmental problems and its cause in Liupanshui City are analysed in this paper. It is necessary to know the vulnerability of the karst system, reasonable human activities, rehabilitate the original eco-environmental karst systerm in order to realize the sustainable development of people, resources and environment in Liupanshui City.
