| Abstract: | Based on the research of a practical project
for high frequency and high voltage switching power supplies, in order to solve the
problem of durable voltage of power MOSFETs which are used in the high voltage switching
power supply, an effective method which adopts double MOSFETs serial-connected complied
circuit is proposed. |
