摘    要:为了合理回收管线下方压覆的急倾斜邻近煤层煤炭资源,以新疆鄯善到乌鲁木齐输气管线穿越的碱沟煤矿为工程背景,运用数值模拟方法,对急倾斜相邻煤层开采三种不同开采顺序引起的管线变形与应力变化进行了研究,结果表明:不同开挖顺序导致管线的变形和应力有较大的变化,方案2(先采较薄煤层后采较厚煤层)对管线变形和应力影响较其他工况影响小;管线的安全性不仅取决于开采条件、岩体及管道自身的力学参数等自然因素,而且与开挖顺序密切相关。

Abstract:In order to rationally recover coal resources of neighboring steep seam beneath the buried gas pipeline, taking Jiangou coal mine as case study, where the gas pipeline from Shanshan to Urumqi is laid across. Numerical simulation was used to model the pipeline safety in three kinds of different excavation sequence in neighboring steep seams mining. The simulations results indicated that lager variation of deformation and stress occurred on the pipeline due to different mining order,and pipeline safety from deformation to stress in scheme 2 ( first mining the thinner seam, then mining the thicker seam) is better than that in other schemes. Pipeline safety is not only dependent on natural factors, such as mining conditions, mechanical parameters of pipeline an d rocks, but also is closely related to mining order.
