摘    要:采用工业废渣为原料,通过正交实验制备新型钻井废泥浆固化剂PS,并通过土工性能和污染物浸出检测,比较了该固化剂与传统固化材料对钻井废泥浆的固化效果。结果表明,PS固化剂固化钻井废泥浆后抗压强度较高,饱水1 d、2 d、3 d、4d后的强度分别降低了5.11%、9.28%、7.26%、4.63%,冻融循环后试样强度和质量分别损失7.2%和0.5%,相对于粉煤灰-石灰拥有更高的强度和水冻稳定性;同时,COD、硫化物、石油类等污染物浸出得到有效的控制。另外,采用XRD和SEM对固化机理进行了初步探究,结果表明,PS固化剂与钻井废泥浆反应生成水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙、钙矾石等晶体,使固化体变得致密,有效增加泥浆强度和稳定性,抑制污染物的浸出。

Abstract:Stabilization of drilling waste slurries with industrial waste residue stabilizer PS which prepared through orthogonal experiment and investigation geotechnical property and pollutants leach compared with traditional stabilizer. Results showed that the drilling waste slurries solidified body with stabilizer PS has higher strength and stability than that with fly ash-lime. Its strength was reduced by 5.11%, 9.28%, 7.26% and 5.11% respectively after flooding 1 day, 2 days, 3days and 4 days; the strength and quality of samples lost 7.2% and 0.5% respectively after the freeze-thaw cycle. Meanwhile, pollutants such as chromium, sulfide and petroleum were effectively controlled with curing agent PS. The results from the scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction tests showed that tobermorite, calcium aluminate hydrate and ettringite crystals were generated which tightened the solidified body and increased the strength and stability when using stabilizer PS to stabilize the drilling waste slurries.
