| Abstract: | The measurement of cup disc ratio (C/D)is one of the important methods employed for early diagnosis of open-angle glaucoma. Using the computer image analysis technique, we can delineate the boundary of both disc and cup clearly. It can also calculate the surface area of the cup, disc and their ratio in each quadrant. |
