新显色剂2-氯-4-溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞显色反应的研究及应用

摘    要:本文研究了新显色剂2—氯—4—溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X—100存在下,于pH10.4的硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中,该试剂与汞(Ⅱ)形成2:1稳定的红色配合物,其配合物的最大吸收波长位于500nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.3×10~4Lmol~(-1),cm~(-1),汞(Ⅱ)量在0—15μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。该法用于废水中微量汞的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A Cilor reaction of mercury ( II ) with 2 - chloro - 4 - bromoben Zene - diazoamina-zobenzene(CBDAA) has been studied in this paper In the presence of Triton X -100 and pH10.4 boraxbuffer, Hg(II) reacts with CBDAA to form a rid complex with a ratio of 1:2 The complex has a maximum absorption at 500 nm with a molar absorptivity of 8.3X104L mol-1 cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -15ug/25ml of Hg( II ). The method has been applied to determination of Hg ( II )in waste water with satisfactory results.
