Research on design and analysis method of body joint point

As the main connected positions of each component, body joint point plays a key role in the body design. The quality of body joint point influences performance of body structure directly. This paper researched mainly the body joint point from its definition, feature, design flow, engineering design content, important aspects for design and optimization calcultation. The paper has made an in-depth study on the design and analytical means of body joint point based on an effective method of body joint point design of a home-made car. Then the paper put forth a set of effective methods for the design and analysie of the body joint points to optimize the performance of a car, and also advance the ability of independence design.
