砂砾石沥青混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究

摘    要:以新疆地区酸性天然砂砾石料路用性能为基础,对其应用于路面基层及路面面层进行一定的试验研究,得出砂砾石与碎石一样,当泰波公式中n取0.45时,其沥青混合料性能最佳的结论,并提出了相应的级配范围.另外,还研究了控制粒径对砾石沥青混合料路用性能的影响,得出了粒径4.75,0.075mm两档含量宜多不宜少,粒径2.36mm档宜少不宜多的结论.

Abstract:Based on a study of the gravel stones in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,gradation design and performance of gravel stone asphalt mixture are studied with laboratory experiments.A conclusion is drawn about gradation:the gravel stone mixture, which is the same as the crushed stone,get the optical asphalt contents when n=0.45 in TaiBo equation.As for the performance,it is concluded that more content instead of less content is preferred for sieve 4.75 and 0.075 mm while less content instead of more content is favoured for sieve 2.36 mm.
