白城市以新型工业化统筹城乡发展的对策

作为吉林西部欠发达地区,白城市的生态环境极为脆弱,且以传统农业为主,农业、农村的发展对区域经济及生态保护有着重要意义.白城市二元经济结构显著,以新型工业化统筹城乡发展成为区域持续发展的根本途径,从而更好地实现农业与工业、农村与城市、农民与市民的良性转换与互动.本文主要分析了白城市二元经济结构状况,并提出白城市以新型工业化统筹城乡发展的思路与对策.

Countermeasures on Coordinating Urban-Rural Development in the the Process of New-type Industrialization in Baicheng City

As an undeveloped regions of ecological environmen in western Jilin,it has great significance on agriculture and rural development about regional econ omy and ecological protection in Baicheng City based on traditional agriculture. By the dual economic structure significantly,it is very important to coordinat e urban-rural development by the new-type industrialization in Baicheng city,s o as to better achieve the positive change and interaction of the agricultural a nd industrial,rural and city,farmers and the public.This paper first analyzes the status of dual economic structure of urban and rural areas;then proposed ide as and countermeasures on coordinating urban-rural dvelopment by the new-type industrialization process in Baicheng city.
