铝—铁试剂—CTMAB荧光体系的增敏作用及其分析应用

摘    要:铝—铁试剂体系的荧光在pH=5-6的醋酸钠—醋酸介质中可为溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)增敏,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为271nm和495nm。使用CTMAB可使荧光强度提高8倍,该方法用于分析针织厂排放废水及长江水,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The fluoresceace of Al-7-Iodo-8-Hydroxy-Quinoline-5-Sulfonic acid system is enhanced by CTMAB in the pH=5-6 solution of HAc-NaAc. The maximal excitation and emision wave length of the fluorescent species is 271 nm and 495 nm,respectirely.The fluorescent is enhanced by eight times. The method is used to analyze industrial waste water and the water of Yangtse River.The results are satisfactory.
