闭式涡轮转盘塔中液滴大小的研究

摘    要:用拍照法研究了闭式涡轮转盘塔中液滴平均直径dp与转速NR,总通量V,流比L等操作条件的关系,并与普通转盘塔作了比较。由于闭式涡轮的强烈搅拌作用,NR和dp均比RDC大大降低,且由于NR小于临界转速NRc,液滴上升过程中被转盘进一步分散的几率很小,因而dp轴向分布较均匀。实验结果与理论分析预测相吻合。
