摘    要:建立一种快速、简便、准确测量鱼腥草中槲皮素含量的方法。5%盐酸乙醇提取鱼腥草中槲皮素,在流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(v/v=45:55),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:370nm条件下高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行检测。槲皮素线性范围为0.0012~0.12mg/mL,r=0.9997;平均回收率为91.93%,RSD=2.71%。本法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于槲皮素含量的测定。同时,对鱼腥草不同部位槲皮素含量进行测定,表明不同部位的鱼腥草中槲皮素含量差异很大,为评价其资源的开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:Method of a fast,accurate,useful and convenient measure was established for the determination of Quercetin dihydrate in different parts of H.cordata.The Quercetin dihydrate in the H.cordata powder extracted by 5% hydrochloric acid is determined by HPLC with the mobile Acetonitrile:0.4 % phosphate(v/v = 45:55) at the flow rate of 1mL/min and the detection wavelength set at 370 nm.The linear relationship of peak area and injection amount of Quercetin dihydrate was in the range 0.0012 mg/mL~0.12 mg/mL,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 91.93 %,RSD=2.71%.This method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the Quercetin dihydrate in H.cordata.The result shows that content difference is very large for Quercetin dehydrate in different parts of Houttuynia cordata.Therefore,data were provided for development of resource evolution.
