摘    要:研究了自然生境下刺槐根际AM真菌时空分布和土壤因子之间的相关性.结果表明:刺槐根际AM真菌定殖率的时空分布差异显著,2002年4月,20~30 cm土层刺槐根际AM真菌定殖率最大.土壤湿度与菌丝定殖率及总定殖率呈显著负相关,土壤碱解氮与菌丝定殖率呈极显著负相关,土壤碱解氮、土壤速效磷和土壤有机质与泡囊定殖率呈极显著正相关.刺槐根际AM真菌的不同结构,特别是泡囊和菌丝的定殖程度可作为土壤环境监测的微观指标.

Abstract:Temporal and spatial distributions of AM fungi around the rhizosphere of Robinia pseudoacacia were investigated in natural environment and analysed its relativity to soil factors. The result indicates that the percent colonization of AM fungi around the rhizosphere of Robinia pseudoacacia have significant differences in temporal and spatial variability. In April 2002, the percent colonization reached maximal values at the 20~(30 cm )depth. Soil moisture content exhibited a negative effect on hyphae and total percent colonization, soil alkali solution N had a significant negative effect on hyphae percent colonization, soil alkali solution N, soil available P and soil organic matter had a positive effect on vesicle percent colonization, and we suggest that the different structures of AM fungi around the rhizosphere of Robinia pseudoacacia, especially the extent of vesicular and hyphal colonization can be regarded as micro_index of soil environmental monitoring.
