紫外非线性光学晶体K2Al2B2O7混频特性分析

摘    要:研究了新型紫外非线性光学晶体K2Al2B2O7(KABO)的频率变换特性,从理论上分析了KABO晶体混频相位匹配角、有效非线性系数、光波走离角、允许角和允许波长等参量与光波长参数之间的关系.这对新型KABO晶体用于产生紫外激光的实验研究提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The properties of frequency conversion in a new ultraviolet(UV) nonlinear optical crystal-K_2Al_2B_2O_7(KABO)are discussed.Relation between light wavelength and phase matching angle,effective nonlinear coefficient,walk-off angles,permitted angle and permitted wavelength are theoretically analyzed.These results are very useful in experimental studies for KABO crystals.
